HOST INTERACTION:
Contactless check in/out. We tend to leave our guests alone to savor their vacation in tranquility. However, we are located close by in case you need anything. In a rare case we may need to access the unit to perform maintenance. We try to keep this at a minimum during stays.

The entire Resort is protected by a 24 hour security patrol. You could not select a more convenient lodging location for a secluded, self-contained family vacation! Located close to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk and close to Surfside Beach. Finest of both worlds.
While visiting at Myrtle Beach Resort Condos, your entire family can indulge in a myriad of activities designed for all seasons in one of four outdoor or two indoor swimming pool complexes. If a workout in our exercise room is more to your liking, you can top it off with a few mins. in a wet or dry sauna or a bubbling Jacuzzi. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, even bocce ball are all available at no cost to our visitors.

There is an ocean front Cabana bar (catering to the non-drinkers as well), a poolside snack bar and an on-site convenience store/deli - and you may never want to leave. But, if you do, Murrells Inlet with its many famed eateries or visit Broadway at the Beach (one of our Favorites), are only mins. away.

HOW TO ACCESS:
You will go through a security gate when you first arrive. Enter the code supplied into the gate numerical code box and the gate will lift to allow you through. (STARTING 1/1/24 THERE IS A MINIMUM $20 ENTRANCE FEE PER VEHICLE TO THE RESORT FOR YOUR STAY. $20 PER WEEK PER VEHICLE OR ANY PORTION OF A WEEK(S) FROM APRIL-SEPTEMBER. $20 PER MONTH FOR EACH VEHICLE OR ANY PORTION OF A MONTH ANY OTHER TIME OF YEAR. THIS IS PAID AT THE SECURITY GATE UPON ARRIVAL BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED). Head to the building letter included to you and park. You can use the elevator and carts to bring your things up to the unit. At the unit there will be a coded key box. Use the code included to retrieve the keys. Replace the keys when you check out to avoid a lost key fee.

Sip your favorite hot drink on the cavernous deck as you soak in the sunrise, and in the evenings, chill by the pool with a cold drink after a day in the sun. The kitchen is entirely loaded for your culinary adventures, while the living room offers comfortable relaxation on vacation!
Rest painless in the bedrooms with aloe-infused bed toppers and blackout curtains for a dreamy nighttime's sleep. We've got your beach day covered with complimentary toys, chairs, umbrellas, and body boards—roll them down to the shore in our handy cart. Just remember to give them a rinse before heading back! Coin-operated laundry is on each floor for your convenience (no coins or detergent supplied). HOW TO GET AROUND:
Since there is so much available at the resort you can arrive and stay carless and get your groceries delivered! Otherwise, you can bring or rent a car or Uber/Lift if you want to leave the resort.

It is expected that the guest will return the property and all that is supplied, in the same condition in which it is received besides needing a regular cleaning and linen service. Excessive cleaning and damages will result in additional costs.

No family pets allowed as per the HOA. This is a pet complimentary resort. Service animals must present documentation to management.
There is an elevator in the building to avoid steps.
5th guest is for infant or toddler in a pack and play (supplied) you will need to bring your own linens for it. There is no bed for a 5th person otherwise.
No events, no overnight guests beyond the booking count. Immediate eviction without a refund will take place for violating this rule.

The cleaning fee is less than the departure cleaning fee at $100, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for roughly 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linens but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire. It is expected that you will keep it clean in between our cleanings.
