It features an unmatched view of the ocean and a chic décor that was hand selected with care! Unlike other one bedroom units, this condo still contains all of your necessary appliances! The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a miniature dishwasher and miniature oven, as well as a standard over the stove microwave.

Appreciate morning or evening strolls on the beach, tan and swim by the poolside, or go visit the countless attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer. You are only mins. from Broadway at the Beach, the Alabama Theatre, Tangier Outlets, and thousands of unique and delicious dining options. Feel like staying in? No problem! This unit features a sleeper couch. Not recommended for adult use.

We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
The parking garage is compact. Please keep this in mind when planning what car to take. It will not fit any enormous or oversize cars.
There is a parking lot for over-sized cars longer than 16 Feet (192 inches). Space is limited and is first come first serve. A spot cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
The onsite management will ticket and tow cars that are under the dimensions listed above that are parked in the oversize lot.

Southern Coast Vacations and the condo owners are not responsible for ticketed or towed cars. Please read the signage thoroughly and be respectful; of Ocean Forest Plaza's parking regulations. This will insure that everybody gets to enjoy their vacation without complications!

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within mins. by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already supplied, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Cane Patch Par 3 & Driving Range and Chapin Memorial Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.
