Ocean heaven! This opulent fifteenth-floor unit is a dream in the secluded high-end, highly sought-after North Hampton tower in the gated community of Kingston. This lavish residence, graced with balcony access from the common living spaces and two of the bedrooms is a haven for gazing at the ocean, landscape, and ponds from multiple vantage points. The entryway draws you into a humongous, open layout made for calming. The roomy living room with sliding glass doors leads to the 44"x 8" balcony accepting for great vistas of the ocean, landscape, and surrounding buildings. Not to be outdone by the view, the interior is not your typical 3-bedroom 3-bathroom unit. The entirely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including the stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen also has a pantry for additional food storage. The common area features a mirror wall, an open dining area, and a door to the balcony. The master bedroom with an ensuite bath features a king bed, a cavernous walk-in closet with constructed-in shelving, dual sinks, and a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom features a balcony that offers a view of Kingston ponds and landscape. The second bedroom features two full size beds, a door to the balcony that accepts great vistas of the ocean, as well as a closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is located across the hall. The second master suite includes a queen bed, a door to the balcony with gorgeous vistas of the ocean, a closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a single sink and a tub/shower combo as well. This unit is kid friendly and offers a play yard for those traveling with infants and toys and games for kids of various ages. This building is the quietest and most secluded in Kingston. It is very family aligned with limited rental units, as it is mostly residential. If you are looking for a calming and relaxing vacation this is the building for you.

Appreciate all the amenities of home as well as most of the conveniences Kingston has to offer-24-hour security gate, walking/cycling trails, on-site eateries and stores, 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping, and 1/2 mile of white sandy beaches, Pier fishing is just mins. away. There is also a full-service spa on site. There is substantial savings when you rent through owner, but due to changes made by Kingston management, there is no access to Hilton or Embassy hotel pools. However, North Hampton is the only building in Kingston that offers both an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool to its guests. North Hampton guests are not affiliated with Hilton brands in any way, and our guests are not able to use their amenities.

Disclaimer: This is not a hotel, but a privately owned condo. We are NOT affiliated with Hilton Hotels, and this unit does not allow use of any of their facilities in Kingston Plantation. The unit is cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. We DO NOT have a daily housekeeping service. One roll of toilet paper is left in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels is left in the kitchen. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your personal use. You must supply your own paper products, HE laundry detergent, and toiletries for the week. THESE PRODUCTS are NOT outfitted for your entire stay. If you use the beach towels in the unit, we ask that you wash them and put them back before your departure. Housekeeping will take care of washing all other linens upon your departure. The rental agreement has specific check in and check out instructions. You must read and sign this before your stay.

Tricks and tips for getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Reserve your Myrtle Beach rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides contain discounts for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Filter your rental search:

  • Select a group lead, choose your dates, and select a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS, STEPS FROM THE SAND, 5 STARS, INDOOR POOL, PREMIER HOST! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Visiting for a single event? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, hosts charge pet deposits and fees.

Have a wonderful stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • During arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
