The entryway draws you into a humongous, open layout made for calming. The roomy living room with sliding glass doors leads to the 44"x 8" balcony accepting for great vistas of the ocean, landscape, and surrounding buildings. The common area features a mirror wall, an open dining area, and a door to the balcony. The master bedroom with an ensuite bath features a king bed, a cavernous walk-in closet with constructed-in shelving, dual sinks, and a tub/shower combo. Appreciate all the amenities of home as well as most of the conveniences Kingston has to offer-24-hour security gate, walking/cycling trails, on-site eateries and stores, 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping, and 1/2 mile of white sandy beaches, Pier fishing is just mins. away. There is also a full-service spa on site. There is substantial savings when you rent through owner, but due to changes made by Kingston management, there is no access to Hilton or Embassy hotel pools. However, North Hampton is the only building in Kingston that offers both an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool to its guests. North Hampton guests are not affiliated with Hilton brands in any way, and our guests are not able to use their amenities.

Strategies for getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to reserve a rental home:
- Summer is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which will include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- First, have your family select a vacation week and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS, STEPS FROM THE SAND, 5 STARS, INDOOR POOL, PREMIER HOST! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is usually available on booking websites. If not, contact the property management company before booking the home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type requirements. Usually, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
During your stay:
- Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
- During arrival, document any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of issues.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
