Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.

- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to propel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
