This magnificant, roomy, elegantly decorated and furnished three bedroom condo in the extravagant "Island Vista" resort, famously nicknamed "The Island", has been designed with every attention to detail and enjoys beautiful direct, unobstructed oceanfront vistas. The condo has been completely redecorated in 2020 and newly finished with wood floor throughout. The condo benefits from a handsome high end kitchen with luxury granite counters, white shaker cabinets, full size modern stainless steel appliances and every convenience a prepare could want. The condo offers upgraded flat screen TV's wired cable channels and a Roku stick to enable access to guest Netflix, Disney plus Hulu etc accounts.

The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the sizable balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, pillow-top beds and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This bedroom has a constructed-in closet, comfortable armchair, a bags rack and chest of drawers with a 48'" flat screen LED HDTV with internet capable blu-ray player. The master en-suite bathroom is entirely tiled with a opulent jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower, vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. There is a constructed-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of additional thick and fluffy luxury towels. The second bedroom suite also offers a plush split king size bed (which can be converted to two singles for those who prefer it) complete with luxury pillowtop beds and luxury 600 thread count bamboo linens, a constructed in closet, chest of drawers, chic armchair, suitcases rack and a 46" flat screen LED HDTV with internet capable blu-ray player. The second en-suite bathroom is also completely tiled and has a tub/shower combination, constructed-in hairdryer, vanity unit with granite counter all supplied with top quality luxury additional thick and fluffy towels and a WC. The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with luxury beds, fine luxury bamboo linens, constructed in closet, chest of drawers, suitcases rack, 42" LED HDTV, again with internet capable blu-ray player. The third bathroom is also fully tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, constructed-in hairdryer, luxury additional thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer for laundry convenience.

The huge, cavernous kitchen is fully supplied with every convenience a prepare would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, Mr Coffee coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all silverware, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel appliances. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and savor total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition. The resort offers a awesome, award winning full-service bar and restaurant serving breakfast and dinner right on site and the beachfront spa services (by appointment at reception) and astounding pools are just spectacular. There is also a seasonal Tiki Bar and Pizzeria serving food and beverages all day.
