This marvelous, roomy, elegantly decorated three bedroom condo in the opulent Island Vista resort has been designed with every attention to detail and enjoys handsome direct oceanfront vistas. The condo has been refurbished, with full redecoration (2020), new wood floor (2022), new curtains (2022) and attractively upgraded kitchen with top of the range stainless steel appliances (2020).

The condo is equipped with COMPLIMENTARY WIFI INTERNET service, Roku and cable TV. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the enormous balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, new pillow-top beds and 600 thread-count luxury bamboo linens. This bedroom has a constructed-in closet, a bags rack and chest of drawers with a new 48'" flat screen LED HDTV and blu-ray Internet capable DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom is entirely tiled with a extravagant jetted tub, a separate double sized power shower with giant rain drop shower head, double vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC.
