We have had an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau for 31 years since 1994. All vacation guests are required to provide owner their mailing address at reservation, & sign owner vacation rental form (mailed or emailed to you) with your info and ours on it before we mail you our final letter with: 2 MB OP1208 condo keys, 2 parking passes, map, rules, door lock code, pool wristbands, owner rental agreement, all. Therefore, we need your mailing address. We require a minimum two week notice before your stay due to two mailings and feasibility.

Ocean Blvd. Condo is on the top 12th floor with spectacular ocean vistas, sleeps 7 max. on 2 queens and 2 futons in den. Condo upgraded every year. 2nd new refrigerator in 11/22. New flat top range, new dishwasher and new microwave under cabinet! New balcony carpet in 2/18! 3rd futon in den - 4/24. New 43” intelligent HDTV in den - 5/24. Condo has spectacular direct oceanfront vistas! Modest dog only Friendly & Free WiFi! We’re Sorry, no cats or other animals.

OP NEW Resort dog policy: must be under 40-lb. weight limit, no aggressive dogs (no Rottweiler, Pitbull, boxers, German Shepard, chow breeds, new - bulldogs, Pitbull terriers, Staffordshire terrier’s, Presa Canario‘s, mastiffs, chow chow, Doberman pinschers, Akita‘s, wolf hybrids, cane Corso‘s, great Danes, Alaskan malamute, Siberian huskies and mixes of these breeds and other breeds apply). Condo Recently upgraded. New 43” intelligent 4K HDTV & 2 new 32” HDTVs in both bedrooms. We have finished nearly $25,000 of renovations / upgrades to this condo since 2005. Owner Just painted condo interior light gray - Aria color. Condo also for sale by owner.

Condo & Resort are Great for family vacation! Appreciate this direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on top 12th floor with spectacular expansive view of the ocean from the top twelveth floor! Roomy 1000 square feet, sleeps 6, and includes a full kitchen oceanfront den, oceanfront master bedroom, second bedroom and two balconies. 2 new queen beds in each bedroom! Den and master bedroom Balconies are parallel to ocean or direct oceanfront. Our OP1208 condo Sleeps 6 max on two new queen-size beds and 2 futons in den. Many new amenities added including: 2 new queen beds & 2 futons in den, new plumbing, new faucets and master toilet.

Five to ten min. drive to the new oceanfront boardwalk, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons, Coastal Grandiose Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Pavilion, The Palace, public tennis and basketball courts and parks, hundreds of eateries, outlet stores, stores, grocery stores, many golf courses, churches, casino boat tours, theaters, and near everything. Also, fifteen to twenty mins. drive to House of Blues and Barefoot Landing. New WalMart Market close by (0.2 miles).

Two private porches overlooking ocean from den and master bedroom, entirely equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer, armoire with new HDTVs, Sanyo DVD/CD/MP3 player in den and home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. 3 HDTV's in den & both bedrooms. New HVAC, recliner, 2 double sleeper futons in den, new carpet, new wood floors in kitchen, recliner and private covered parking.

Our Ocean Park #1208 condo is also about one mile from the Market Commons shopping area beside MB Internation Airport, which is a humongous shopping and retail area featuring places like Tommy Bahama Cafe, PF Cheng's, China Bistro, Ultimate California Pizza, Orvis, Grand 14 Cinema, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, etc. Broadway at the Beach is also comfortably accessible, as well as Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, and tons of other attractions. Barefoot Landing is about 15 miles from the resort. New WalMart Market within walking distance (0.3 mile).
