Welcome to the best place in Magnolia Point, located in the heart of Myrtle Beach!
If you are looking for an fresh and comfortable place to relax and savor your vacation completely, this is for you.
The condo is very cavernous and has 4k TVs in every room, cozy beds with memory foam beds that six people can sleep comfortably, not converting couches, and uncomfortable futons that pretend to be beds that cause morning back pain.
We value your vacation and know how much that means to you, so getting your great nighttime's sleep is one of the keys.
Let the Keurig make your coffee and appreciate it on the balcony with the impressive lake vistas, where you can plan your day.
We also pay attention to little details that make a big difference for you to feel at home while on vacation, like brand new showerheads :) a wireless printer, and a full-size crib for your very little one(upon request).
The location is ideal for all the dining, entertainment, and attractions, not to mention the famed Myrtlewood golf course in the same area and the handsome sandy beach 5 mins. away.
The building has an elevator, so you get to your floor with ease.
We take our guest's security and privacy very seriously, and for that reason, please be advised that your Booking Reservation may be canceled without notice if,
1. The primary renter's name doesn't match the account holder's name.

Our top Rental home tips:
Cost saving strategies:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which will include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Start by selecting potential vacation weeks and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. 5 Star ***** Luxurious Condo In Myrtle Beach has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property manager before booking the home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, look for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
- Some properties allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable breeds and types before booking.
Know before you go:
- Add the host's contact info to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- At Check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of concerns.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a terrific source for finding the best local spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a excellent vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
