Great for a beach vacation, this well-equipped condo has everything you need! The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Plus, the Carolinian Beach Resort has many amenities and perks everybody will savor! Receive complimentary daily breakfast for everybody in your event at Magnolia’s at 26th. The restaurant serves a full buffet and is a short walk from the hotel. Appreciate complimentary Blockbuster DVD units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests are included with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

*The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be finished on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grandiose) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.   • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
