FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Can I Pay for Access to Additional Conveniences?'
A: NO – Sorry, but the building front desk has decided that they do not want to share access to specific conveniences that they directly own. They do not allow guests to purchase entry to those amenities. You will still have access to the amenities listed here at no additional charge and never have to pay a resort fee for that access.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking supplied?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won't fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: MAYBE - We adore pets and travel with our own when we can. However, there are building rules that we must follow. SMALL DOGS are allowed WITH PRE-APPROVAL ONLY. There are some restrictions on dogs, so this is a case by case basis. A pet fee of $75 per dog (per stay - not per nighttime) is required to be paid prior to check in. Cats are not allowed. Please contact us for approval of your dog PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you savor, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

Our top Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips and tricks:
Sticking to your spending budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines that include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning, selecting, and booking the bestrental:
- Choose your vacation week and spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration you need. Cozy Beach Condo*Pool*Sm Dogs ok*FREE Tickets*D19 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the host before booking the rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out what is right for your vacation group.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you crave, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- Some properties allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
More tips for your visit:
- Add the host's phone number to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Record any issues with the property during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute arises.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your family have a great time? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
