Summary:
Our gorgeously furnished oceanfront 1 bedroom unit is on the 12th floor and has spectacular vistas of the ocean!
Recently refreshed, everything is NEW from the top to the bottom.
Our condo is unique as it is a true one bedroom. The front door opens to the kitchen and living room, not the bedroom like other 1 bedroom units.
This gives you more open floor plan and a better nighttime’s sleep since your bedroom isn't right next to the hallway.
Dogs allowed (pet fee $25/nighttime, weight up to 35 pounds).
The Space:
Picture yourselves appreciating your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony! Whether you spend the day soaking up the sun or the sights in Myrtle Beach, you will look forward to calming!!!
Sleeps 6, separate bedroom with 2 queen size beds, living room with full size sleeper couch.
The nearly wall to wall glass accepts you to savor beautiful vistas of the beach and ocean from anywhere in the living room. The 12th floor is ideal because of the great vistas and you're high enough to not be bothered by all the noises from the pool.
We provide everything that you’ll need. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, and microwave. The kitchen comes outfitted with silverware, toaster, coffeemaker/Keurig, pots and pans, and much more.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps.
There is even a washer/dryer on the same floor (hallway).
The unit is also equipped with a keypad, this means you can skip the line at the front desk when you get here and never have to worry about carrying around a key or card. You won't have to wait in long check-in lines if you stay with us, just go straight to the unit and start that vacation!
The Patricia Grandiose has phenomenal amenities such as indoor heated pool and hot tubs, kiddie pool, lazy river, outdoor pool and hot tubs, sundeck/lawn, exercise center, business center, convenience store, ground floor café selling Starbucks, seasonal pool bar, restaurant which overlooks the ocean, parking garage.
This resort is in the heart of Myrtle Beach and close to everything including the Convention Center, Sports Center, Sky Wheel, the Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, shopping, and dining.
Pet-Friendly, with prior approval/additional fee applies; there's an additional $25 pet fee per day, family pets up to 35 pounds.

Tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
- The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides have coupons for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Choose a designated group leader, select your trip dates, and select a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Absolute Beach Pet Friendly Oceanfront has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible online. If not, call the host before reserving the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property manager about pet restrictions before booking.
More considerations:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your smartphone.
- Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic resource to find the best local scenic spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
- Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to inspire more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
