Welcome to our Oceanfront One Bedroom Condo at the Atlantica South Tower, where comfort meets coastal appeal. This cavernous condo is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests with ease. Savor impressive ocean vistas from your private balcony, ideal for relaxation after a day of beach fun.
Inside, the unit is equipped with a full kitchen featuring a coffee maker, blender, and essential cookware, accepting you to prepare meals as you please. The living area includes two flat-panel TVs and wireless internet access, ensuring entertainment and connectivity. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, iron and board, and a hairdryer.
Please note that each condo at Atlantica Resort is individually owned, so while the layout and general amenities are consistent, decor, floor, and appliances may vary. The photos supplied are representative of the unit's layout and style but may not reflect the exact decor.

Guest Access
Guests have direct access to a range of amenities at Atlantica South Tower, including the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor spas, a lazy river, and a kids's pool. The condo is conveniently located less than 150 yards from the beach, accepting simple beach access for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. Additionally, you are just half a block away from the Atlantica North Tower, where you can discover more resort amenities. Please note that while you have access to the Atlantica South Tower's facilities, you are not entitled to amenities specific to the Atlantica North Tower.

To ensure a seamless stay, please remember that all guests must be at least 25 years old and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals. In addition to the amenities within the condo, Myrtle Beach offers a plethora of activities and attractions. Explore local dining options, from seafood eateries to casual eateries. Shop at close by outlets and boutique stores, or savor outdoor adventures such as golfing, fishing, and kayaking. Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park, while SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium are popular area attractions.   • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
