Each bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed, plus a couch sleeper in the living room for added convenience.

Imagine starting your day with a family breakfast overlooking the azure waters, and then exploring the many resort amenities. Whether it’s splashing in the pools or unwinding in the hot tub, there’s no shortage of fun.

This condo is the ultimate destination for creating cherished family memories—reserve your slice of heaven today!

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- 8 bath towels
- 4 long hand towels

A departure clean is supplied in your stay.
There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.

All guests must use the front entrance as their main route to the beach.


* All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every conveniences (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open at the end of March.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The Renaissance Tower will have ongoing maintenance through 2024. The outdoor pool and indoor hot tub will be unavailable until further notice.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.


Prices do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-event payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per car/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not allowed to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer and an additional $20 per bicycle.

When to go & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Reserve your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
