This gorgeous complex is located on 13 acres that was originally the Ocean Forest Hotel, a South Carolina landmark, in the Pine Lakes area. It is located at 5601 N. Ocean Blvd. and considered by locals as one of the most handsome beaches on the Grandiose Strand.
There are 1,000 feet of white sand beach for family fun or a calming walk. The complex has 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis. The master suite has a queen bed, a excellent new private bath, and opens to the private deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin xl beds with new beds and a huge bathroom with tub/shower.
Our condo is comfortably considered the best location in Ocean Forest Villas.
This is a second floor beachfront unit so the vistas of the beach are amazing. This unit is also a corner unit so you will only have neighbors on one side. Your beachfront unit also overlooks the pool and sundeck. Only a handful of units at Ocean Forest Villas have a similar premium location.
Plenty of complimentary on-site parking. Great shopping close by at Tanger Outlets. Publix, Lowes, and Fresh Market near as well. Great golf right across from the entrance at Pine Lakes.
If you prefer there is a nice sidewalk for running or walking as well as a parcourse for exercise.

Tips to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides have discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Finding the perfect rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by selecting trip dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. OCEAN FRONT!!! Ask for weekly stay 10% discount!!! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is normally available on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the property owner before booking the vacation property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine which bed configuration is suitable for your group.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or charges might be applied to your agreement.
Have a fantastic stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. Store the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make sure damages aren't linked to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. text the host right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few issues.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
