Picture yourself in a handsome oceanfront King Suite! Appreciate the view and listen to the sounds of the ocean with the one you adore the most – direct from our 7th story oceanfront getaway. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel at home and find everything within close distance. In fact, you never have to leave the resort if you don't want to.

No hassle of having to wait in line to "check-in" – you can go direct to the suite. First, you'll notice the keyless entry (so you don't have to worry about losing your keys). Walk into a Caribbean slice of heaven when you come through the door. Your tropical heaven includes a phenomenal comfortable King pillowtop bed, a comfortable chaise lounge where you can curl up and read a book, look at the ocean or – yep, it's true - watch TV on the 70" flat screen TV (Husbands will appreciate it! It's been said the people are nearly true size). The entirely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner prepare top, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, appliances, and of course, a blender. Eat at the 40" table overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the balcony, appreciating coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset. Watch the pelicans dive for fish, the dolphins swim up the coast, or hunt for shells and crabs! No need to rent or bring beach chairs or an umbrella since they come with the room! We've even supplied a beach bag and a modest soft sided cooler.

If you want to leave the resort, the hotel is in a ideal location, between 2 enormous family entertainment areas – Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing – and very close to many of the local attractions – Carolina Opry, Pirate Show, and Medieval Times. You are two blocks away from Hwy 17 where there are many, many eateries, grocery stores, and stores. Onsite, you can find an striking restaurant (River City, a casual hamburger joint that really has the best hamburgers in MB). Starbucks is only 1 block away. Don't forget to appreciate the outdoor pool, lazy river, indoor pool, sauna and the steam room or better yet, savor a invigorating drink from the oceanfront bar area. Wireless connections, laundry facilities, as well as ice machines complete the vacation experience. Ice machines and laundry facilities are on the same floor and in your room, you'll find an iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are included. (Beach towels are not.)

This unit is not on the Sand Dunes rental program; therefore, daily maid service and Sand Dunes waterpark not supplied. However, you have access to the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river! Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association.

This is a no-smoking adults only unit. Minimum age is 25. Proof of age will be requested.
No motorbikes or trailers allowed on property.

Strategies for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

Sticking to your budget:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitors guides contain offers and deals for local tours and attractions.

Selecting the perfect vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:

  • First and foremost, have your group commit to a vacation week and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Be with your \"Sol Mate\"~ Oceanfront~Amazing Views~Romantic Suite has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property owner before booking the home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is suitable for your group.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

Some things to know before you go:

  • We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Note any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if damages are assessed.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents quite a few issues.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent source for finding the best local scenic spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
