Upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort. Located close to the South Gate, but turn right out of the home and you are at the beach in a few mins.... This home has all the beach-feel finishing touches, to make your stay memorable!

Your entertaining options are countless here! Appreciate the broad outdoor covered decks and patios, with plenty of seating, a gas grille and gas fire pit. There's even an TV in the outdoor bar/entertainment area. You'll also have access to 4 bicycles, corn hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. (there's a safety gate at the top of the stairs for the littles as well). Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.
Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a supplied kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
