Ocean Lakes - 1807 is located just a few min. golf-cart ride to the beach. This home has all you'll need for a fun beach vacation for your family. Includes Linens package and use of complimentary golf cart. Savor time outdoors dining, grilling and calming by the TV. Sleeps 5 people

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and released within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Finding the best value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have discounts for local shops and restaurants.

• Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Beach Stay Getaway! 3BD\/2BA has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
• Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is generally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before reserving the rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
• Does your group require unique amenities? Most websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
• Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
• Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or may be applied to your invoice.

Have a wonderful stay:

• Add the host's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if a dispute arises.
• Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
• Be a good neighbor. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a great time? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
