Ocean Lakes - 1807 is located just a few min. golf-cart ride to the beach. This home has all you'll need for a fun beach vacation for your family. Includes Linens package and use of complimentary golf cart. Savor time outdoors dining, grilling and calming by the TV. Sleeps 5 people

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and released within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
