Pamper yourself as you stay in our newly refreshed, 3-bedroom corner-unit condo that offers direct oceanfront vistas. Located on the 11th floor, the condo features awe-inspiring ocean and city vistas from the huge balcony and side windows. With an broad living space of over 1,750 square feet, the open floor plan is ideal for families or groups of friends. The interior has been revamped with new furnishings, including beds, coastal decor, paint, high-quality LVP floor, and intelligent TV's, creating a modern and fresh ambiance.

The cavernous living room features comfortable seating and a enormous flat-screen intelligent TV with a gaming console, ideal for calming after a day at the beach or even for a rainy day. The dining area seats eight comfortably. There is one sizable table that seats six and another smaller table that seats 2. The completely-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Kitchen supplies include pots, pans, cooking, baking silverware, and many extras to make you feel at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine, regular drip coffee machine, and electric tea kettle to suit your preferences. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ideal for laundry on your beach vacation.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a desk and chair, and tons of natural light and city vistas. The room has been gorgeously decorated with new furnishings, decor, and linens. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in tiled shower, and two vanities for getting ready. One vanity is located with the shower and toilet, and the other is separate so that two people can get ready simultaneously.

The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the master, providing privacy for everybody. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen intelligent TV, two dressers, and nightstands with USB ports. The room has been decorated with beautiful new furnishings, decor, and linens. The second guest bedroom features two full-sized beds with new foam beds, a flat-screen intelligent TV with a game console, and a window with beach vistas. The balcony is entirely encapsulated to savor private moments with friends and family. It is furnished with two loungers and a dining table and chairs, an ideal spot to relax and soak up the sunset or share breakfast.
