This spectacular property is as central as you can get for a single family private home that includes an enormous private yard, giant decks/patios, firepit, yard games, and enormous charcoal BBQ! As such, this property is a rare find and books fast!

This comfortable home with a gorgeous spiral staircase has 2 king beds among 11 total beds and even includes a crib for infants! There are intelligent TVs in every bedroom and 1 in the living room as well! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grille that swivels, a fire pit, and outdoor yard games!

Rest painless knowing that this striking property is professionally & regularly maintained with a huge variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day & after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay!
-Air conditioning / HVAC: Air filters are replaced every 4 weeks. We also have a contract with professional company that includes: 1) regular cleaning & maintenance 2 times per year & 2) priority same-day & after hours emergency service for any unlikely issues!
-Appliance repair: We have a professional company who provides same day & after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!
-Landscaping & gardening: We have a contract with a professional company who comes 1 or 2 times per month (varies by season)!

There is also a Shell gas station that includes a 24-hour quick mart within 2 min walk of the home!
