Welcome to your home away from home at Lucy's Place!! As you walk into the home you will find the bright and airy living area with comfortable seating and intelligent TV to watch your favorite shows during your downtime. Not looking to have any downtime? This is the ideal location as we are surrounded by many fun activities for day or nighttime life.
As you continue into the home you will see the kitchen that is well outfitted for all cooking and baking needs. Rather go out and eat? There are plenty of good choices close by that you can walk or drive to.
Off the kitchen is the main floor Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom, and intelligent TV.
Also, on this level you have access to the walkout porch where you can appreciate the beach ambiance while sitting at the handsome wood table ideal for eating dinner or playing board games.
The half bath is located on the main floor at the bottom of the stairs. Head upstairs to find the 3 remaining bedrooms and laundry room. The second master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom, and intelligent tv is sure to be home away from home.
Down the hallway you will find the 3rd bedroom with full bed and intelligent tv. Next door is the bunkroom which offers 2 twin xl beds, arcade unit to test your skills and intelligent tv. Both bedrooms are next to the hallway bathroom.
Head outside to the ground level where you will find the firepit* area with chairs and a picnic table to sit at, outdoor shower, and putt putt golf mat available for use during your stay!

For your beach adventures we provide one beach towel per guest, wagon, cooler, beach chairs, body boards and miscellaneous beach toys.
We provide all bed linens which includes sheets, pillowcases, and comforter for each bed and 2 bath towels per guest.
There are 2 cameras at the property. One that vistas the stairs going into the home and one that vistas the parking area. The cameras do not view private areas.
Excellent customer service is something we take great pride in. Prior to check-in and check-out, we give very thorough instructions so that visitors may just relax and take it painless while on vacation. We are charming at providing prompt responses to questions and concerns. The process of checking in is very simple. A door code will be sent to you the day before check-in. There's no need to meet someone to get keys!
Guests have access to the whole home except for the locked owners' closet.
Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.
