The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. (please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests)
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-Fi and cable are available.

How to find the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
- Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
- Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to pick the perfect vacation rental:
- Start by choosing the best vacation week and a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Beautiful Ocean Front Double Queen Suite with Full Kitchen, Sea Mist Resort 20705 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If not, email the host before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
- Does your group require unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental home.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
More tips for your visit:
- Put the owner's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of problems.
- Lock your rental while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- Document any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
