We tend to let our guests have calming enjoyment of their vacation. However, we are close by and are here to ensure you have a great stay if you need us.
For stays longer than 29 nights you an expect us to set up an inspection and cleaning every 4 weeks. This also accepts us to change the air filter for the HVAC.

LIVING AREA
Appreciate quality time with family and friends in the roomy living area just off of the kitchen and dining area. Here you will find a comfortable place to relax while appreciating expansive vistas of the 12th Hole. Sit down to a home cooked meal at the dining table for 4 and bar seating for 3 or out on the back deck overlooking the course. The deck faces West so the sunsets through the pines are extraordinary! Also savor an enormous 75" Intelligent TV for your favorite movies, shows and streaming.
KITCHEN
Overlooking the dining and living area, a completely outfitted kitchen features all that you could want in order to wow your guests with your chef skills! Plenty of china, cutlery, glassware, and cookware to satisfy even the Thomas Keller in the bunch!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All 3 bedrooms are very cavernous and ALL have EN-SUITE bathrooms. Two bedrooms have completely private bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom features a KING BED and en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms offer two FULL BEDS in one and a FULL BED and SOFA BED in the other.. Ample closet space for each bedroom and SMART TVS in each bedroom.
The master bath has an refreshed shower and quartz countertops with a DOUBLE sink and the other bathrooms have tubs.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Sip coffee on the balcony or enjoy a good meal while viewing the golf and the handsome wildlife. The sunsets are striking! Also feel complimentary to cool off in the community pool in the warmer seasons! The pool area is just a few steps away.
It is recommended to have a car, or catching a cab, Uber or Lyft.

While the property is kid friendly the property is not necessarily kid or infant proofed. Parents are expected to provide any kid/infant proofing desired. Parental supervision is required.

*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for roughly 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire.
