Entirely outfitted kitchen with all the essentials. We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with superb walking paths and or cycling and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf, Dog park... you name it!
My husband and I adore the beach on 38th Ave (5 min. drive) and for our golf lovers, as mentioned, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. The dog park is also within walking distance and the grounds are very pet friendly.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To get the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to select the best rental home:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your dates, and choose a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Beach & golf! Perfect location for all activities has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible online. If not, email or call the property owner before you book the property. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is right for your vacation group.
- If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you simply love, keep an eye out for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
Tips for your stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- To make certain damages are not linked to your stay, make a record of any problem areas during arrival. Speak to the host right away to document any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a terrific time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
