My husband and I adore the beach on 38th Ave (5 min. drive) and for our golf lovers, as mentioned, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. The dog park is also within walking distance and the grounds are very pet friendly.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Get the most from your spending budget:
- Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, try changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, travel guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
How to select the perfect rental home:
- Choose vacation dates and maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Beach & golf! Perfect location for all activities has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If not, reach out to the host before booking the vacation property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
- Is your group looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
Tips for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your smartphone.
- To make sure that damages are not attributed to your visit, record any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the rental manager right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many problems.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
