Our freshly refreshed condo is less than a 10-min. drive from many tourist attractions. This apartment offers pretty ocean vistas, beach access directly across the street from the complex, an outdoor pool, roomy living area, upsized balcony, and so much more!
This apartment is entirely modernized, and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxury vinyl plank floor throughout, bespoke cabinetry, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an upsized balcony with great vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, constructed in storage surrounding the bed, sizable flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The master bath features a bespoke tile shower with glass doors, vanity with quartz counter tops, and mirror. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the master bedroom as well.
Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the completely supplied kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features beautiful Quartz counter tops, cavernous cabinetry, double compartment sink, subway tile backsplash, full-size stainless-steel LG appliances, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and wall mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! Guests will also find a bar area with 4 chairs!
The living room is located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 enormous couch, accent chairs, huge flat screen TV, coffee table, side tables, and access to the private balcony. The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Guests adore the private balcony offering impressive ocean vistas!
The guest bedroom features one queen size bed with a queen size trundle bed underneath. Guests will have access to a modest desk/ workspace, a floor lamp, ceiling fan, and window that provides natural light. Guests can conveniently access the 2nd bathroom that's located just outside of this bedroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo with charming, tiled walls, vanity with Quartz counter tops, and mirror.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. A washer and dryer are also included inside the condo!
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
