Because our condo is an end unit, it has more windows, more space, more privacy, and less noise than the standard units. The additional windows flood the condo's living spaces with light, providing a bright and comfortable "home away from home". The balcony is located so that it provides more privacy than most as well, accepting a pretty OCEAN VIEW of the beach and ocean.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Our condo's full remodel includes refreshed cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. You will appreciate modern and comfortable furnishings throughout as well as a entirely equipped kitchen. The condo has 3 Intelligent TVs with Cable TV (including HBO), and complimentary wireless internet access. We have included plenty of books and games as well as a highchair and portable crib for families traveling with modest kids. The condo also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. Additionally, the living room has a full-size pull-out couch.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Sticking to your spending budget:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
- Property managers often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which will include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Planning and picking the perfectrental home:
- Start by selecting the best vacation week and a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration you need. Beautifully Updated Condo in Beachfront Resort. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is commonly available online. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You will need to establish what bed configuration is best for your vacation.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs applied to your agreement.
- Does your family require specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
Have a fantastic stay:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
- To make certain that damages aren't attributed to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon your arrival. Make contact with the property manager immediately to relay your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
