The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this top floor, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is conveniently located less than 2 miles off of Highway 501 and Highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within mins. of multiple award winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10 min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, and many other tourist attractions. This apartment offers charming vistas of the golf course!

This apartment is entirely furnished and features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an upsized patio with exceptional vistas of the golf course! The bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet for storage, and access to the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror. Guests will be able to access this from the living room area as well as there is a second access door!


Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the completely-supplied kitchen. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, gorgeous cabinetry, sink, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more!

The living room and dining room are located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 2 couches one of which converts to a bed with a memory foam bed, huge flatscreen TV, new beachy decor, and access to the private patio. The dining area sits just behind the living room and offers a dining table and chairs. The living area is very open and cavernous, and centrally located in the apartment. Guests appreciate being able to relax and catch handsome vistas of the golf course. Additionally the second couch is enormous enough to allow one additional guest to sleep! Allowing accommodations of a total of 5 guests comfortably!

There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the unit. Guests will adore the convenience of being able to do their laundry from the comfort of the condo!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Riverwalk at Arrowhead Country Club is a waterway community that features indoor and outdoor pools, Intracoastal Waterway vistas, and painless access to the beach and so much more. This apartment is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking.
