• Approved guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The staff will hold your suitcases and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.
• The primary guest must be 21+ to check in (must match ID).
• A $100 returnable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk (credit/debit card only). It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite
• Reservations 5 nights or longer may be relocated during the stay to a similar suite for housekeeping purposes
• Photos are supplied by the resort and are a variety of suites at the resort. Your suite will be similarly designed and furnished but may vary slightly from the photos.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Some owners offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
