Renovations will begin in early October and are expected to finish by the end of March. We’re working floor by floor in both the Dominican and Cayman buildings, ensuring the least amount of disruption.

How to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines have deals for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select a group leader, select your vacation dates, and select a max budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Spacious Ocean View Elegance 3 Bdrm Condo 18th Flr has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible on booking websites. If not, email or call the property owner before you book the rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach attraction you love, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Be aware that some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
Advice for a wonderful stay:
- Get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
- Note any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
- Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a excellent time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
