Located in the distinguished Sea Mark Tower community, this pretty 3BR/2BA condo presents a private balcony with alfresco dining and vistas of the inlet and grounds. Leisurely days are spent by the outdoor pool and hot tub. Make use of the gas grille and host an afternoon cookout.


The shining coast is just a short walk from your door. A wide array of eateries, dining, and attractions are only mins. away.

When it's time to dine, the table seats four and the kitchen bar accommodates two.


BED & BATH


This condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living area.


Find comfort in the primary bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a jetted tub/shower combination.


Two guest rooms are both furnished with two twin-size beds, one includes a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.


OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES


Take in vistas of the inlet from the privacy of your balcony, which provides alfresco dining. Keep an eye out for egrets and herons in the marsh.


Spend fun-filled days calming by the hot tub and unheated pool (open year-round, up to 7'-deep). There is also a community gas grille available for use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
