Your suitcases is insured up to $1000 and it is stored at a secure host location until you are ready to pick it up.
IMPORTANT:
Absolutely NO events will be allowed. Only 6 people are allowed to sleep in the room, and NO SMOKING or vaping are allowed in the unit, or on the balcony. Unfortunately, we have had these rules broken, so we have had to reinstate a security deposit of $300(the same hold the resorts place on your card when you check in, that is returned a few days after you check out).
If you are found having a event, over occupancy, smoking, throwing objects from the balcony or other unruly behavior, you WILL be evicted by security/authorities, and NO refund will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We recommend that you purchase in inexpensive travel insurance policy, because we do have cancellation policies. They are casual, but they are in place, and because we could not re-book the unit in most instances, we need to adhere to them.
*** Due to past issues, we have installed a MINUT device in the room. This device is recommended and endorsed by our commercial insurance company, and it does NOT invade anyone's privacy. It can detect smoke (and can tell if it is kitchen, cigarette or other smoke/vape), it detects noise (NOT conversations but decibels), and it can detect excess guests (NOT invading privacy, but by the amount ofmovement in the room).
This charmingly, well maintainedresort was rated best Family Resort by the Travel Channel. There is a huge, relaxing indoor pool, there are 3 indoor hot tubs, ladies and men's saunas, a modest indoor playground, a foosball and a ping pong table in the indoor area. Unit 1132is directly above the large outdoor pool, the sun deck, outdoor lazy river, kids pool and hot tub, and on clear days, you can see the pier.
On the front side (bedroom side by the entry door), the unit overlooks a kids splash park with water chaises for the parents to relax in while the kids have fun. There is a kids pool on the side of the resort as well. This side of the resort is city facing.
Coral Beach is close to shopping, dining, attractions, and from unit 1132, the sunrises and sunsets are exceptional.
**Please note** This is a PRIVATE rental, so the following amenities will be restricted. Food and drink (breakfast restaurant, bars and snack shop),the bowling alley (that is NOT complimentary with a resort booked stay - it is$8 per game - we have information in the room for one down the street with laser tag and axe throwing).
The laundry facilities are also restricted (we recommend an inexpensive, fast bundle service down the street that does our laundry quickly and ideally for $1.25 per pound - usually returned the same day - the card is on the refrigerator), the gym, gift shop (the shop at Landmark 2 resorts over is open to ALL, and there is a modest shop a short walk from the resort),and the arcade and snack shop are also restricted, but there is Munchie's Pizzeria with an ice cream shop a short walk from the resort.
There is a great bar with great food, Loco Gecko, also a short walk from the resort, and we have recommendations andapps that can save you money on attractions, dining, shopping and more. One street over, there are many, great pancake homes (there is one on the same street that we adore called Spring Garden), there are multiple Calabash Buffets, bars, other eateries, mini golf, shopping and just about everything one would need.
There is a Walmart neighborhood market that delivers (you have to meet them in the lobby). Hungry Howie's is a close by, unique, local pizza/sub delivery service that delivers late, and is worth going to the lobby to pick up!

Tips to get the very best rental home experience:
Sticking to your rental home budget:
- Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Make a plan and pick a perfectvacation home:
- To start, have your family decide on a vacation week and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration you need. Coral Beach 1132 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is generally available online. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Does your family require special amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your contract.
More tips for your visit:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
- During arrival, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
