Fantastic one bedroom that was just refreshed. Condo has 2 queen beds, beach view, low level, and NO STEPS! Ocean vistas from the living room, kitchen area, and balcony on the first level. The kitchen and bathroom of this unit have granite countertops and are well designed. Two queen beds with enough for four people. Painless walk to dining options, mini-golf, shopping, and entertainment in Myrtle Beach! Savor the ocean view; this condo is ideal for extended stays by couples or weekend trips! granite worktops and an LCD TV are upgrades. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.
AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite eateries (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or exercise center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.
PET POLICY: Family Animals are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
