This completely modernized oceanfront luxury studio is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local eateries and attractions without being in the thick of the hordes.
This is a 4th-floor King Suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront studio is completely furnished with a king bed, an upsized chair, a sizable dresser and closet for storage, a dining table and chairs, a 55" Intelligent TV with basic cable, complimentary wifi, a private bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity, and a kitchen area with an induction stovetop without an oven. In addition to the handsome, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs, from which past guests have appreciated spotting dolphins and watching handsome sunrises!
The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, a full size microwave, and a kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes, cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied so you can enjoy your favorite brew while watching the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many eateries offer delivery as well.

In the off-season, homeowner associations and owners have the opportunity to perform property maintenance and renovations, which may affect resort amenities, pools, and possibly result in unanticipated construction noise. We will make every effort to ensure that all our listings are up to date. However, in the event that any amenities are closed or construction noises are heard, there will be no refunds issued.

If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
