Sunday to Sunday rental in prime time summer weeks. All NEW furnishings and decor!!! TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is also a comfortable outdoor seating area under the home with a TV for calming and a table as well.

All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/nighttime, per car fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass accepts ALL visitors to appreciate ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.

Linens are not supplied but linen service can be arranged and rented/purchased for an additional fee.

Security is 24/7 and stringently enforced, peaceful hours in ocean lakes is between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

We rent to Families and Responsible Adults Only. Must be 25 years of age or older. We do not rent to home events. Any violation will result in eviction without refund. There is a camera outside the home for security purposes.

  • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
