This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, 1 king bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

As of Winter 2023 this condo has been gorgeously updated and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters all the carpeting was replaced with brand new LVT floor throughout! In the living area a new dining table was installed with new chairs to compliment. Two new bigger TV's were installed in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Lastly, all new furnishings was installed in the master bedroom, and living room. Guests will appreciate these new updates!

This 2 bedroom suite features some marvelous upgrades that include: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, newer furnishings, entirely outfitted cabinets, washer & dryer in the condo, and so much more.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right and features 1 full-size bed and 1 queen size and access to a private bathroom. Just down the hallway, the master bedroom offers 1 king bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main oceanfront balcony, which is also accessible from the living room.

The kitchen is definitely impressive and features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was delightfully decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Our guests will also have access to a washer and dryer inside the property!

The Atlantica is a high-rise resort complex located on North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new shopping and dining complex just opened around the corner, and it features numerous dining, stores, and attractions. If this weren't enough, this unit is also located just a couple of blocks from the Myrtle Beach Skywheel and the infamous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk! Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go carts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach.
