The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 7th floor, direct ocean front, refreshed, 2 bedroom apartment at The Atlantica Resort in Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, 1 king bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
As of Winter 2023 this condo has been generously updated and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters all the carpeting was replaced with brand new LVT floor throughout! In the living area a new dining table was installed with new chairs to compliment. Two new bigger TV's were installed in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Lastly, all new furnishings was installed in the master bedroom, and living room. Guests will adore these new updates!
This 2 bedroom suite features some fantastic upgrades that include: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, newer furnishings, completely outfitted cabinets, washer & dryer in the condo, and so much more.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right and features 1 full-size bed and 1 queen size and access to a private bathroom. Just down the hallway, the master bedroom offers 1 king bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main oceanfront balcony, which is also accessible from the living room.
The kitchen is definitely marvelous and features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was handsomely decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper couch.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Our guests will also have access to a washer and dryer inside the property!
The Atlantica is a high-rise resort complex located on North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new shopping and dining complex just opened around the corner, and it features multiple dining, stores, and attractions. If this weren't enough, this unit is also located just a couple of blocks from the Myrtle Beach Skywheel and the infamous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk! Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go carts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
