You will find the vistas from the 8th floor unit to be unparalleled. 1 king size bed and a brand new (2023) queen size couch bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Entirely equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, pots, etc. as well as all necessary linens and towels. There are beach towels and beach chairs for your use. All the amenities of home. 2 intelligent TVs, complimentary wifi and complimentary parking garage for 1 car (if you need to purchase a city parking pass for additional cars, reach out for the information). You will get a parking pass upon check-in. Intelligent lock for check-in convenience. A detailed message will be sent the week of check in with your code for the door as well as other instructions. Also new for 2023-convenience/beachwear store in the lobby of the building. There is an ice and soda machine on the north side of the building along the walking path to the beach.
