The search for your next beach vacation stops here! Take a look at this oceanfront 8th floor studio unit with two queen beds located in the Tides building of the Sea Mist Resort! This space is ideal for a modest family or group of friends.
This unit features a kitchen with a full size refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold. There is a stove and oven in the space as well, and the cabinets are outfitted with all basic cookware and cooking silverware. There is also a microwave. Everything you need to prepare a meal or a modest snack will be simple to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of impressive dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very trendy in this area.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Due to guest feedback, we have newly lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Tips for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Getting the most from your rental budget:
- The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- To book the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Planning and picking the perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Select your vacation dates and max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Direct Oceanfront Double Queen Suite! Stunning Ocean Views! Sleeps 4! Sea Mist 20802 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is usually accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property management company before booking the rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is best for your family.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or might be applied to your invoice.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach beach you simply love, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
More considerations for your visit:
- Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. Store the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
