★ You and your guest have access to ALL available amenities at the resort.
★ At least one guest must be 23 to rent at this property. The resort does not allow renters under 23 years old. Guests must produce a valid ID that matches the reservation name or they will be denied at the gate.
★ No check-in counter - door code included the morning of check in. Go directly to the unit!
★ No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the condo or in the building. A minimum fine of $500 will be assessed upon evidence of smoking. Smoking areas are designated outside the building.
★ No family pets of any kind are allowed. ADA-recognized Service Animals must be pre-registered and approved prior to arrival. ESA animals are not allowed. A minimum fine of $500 per day will be assessed upon evidence of a pet in the unit.
