Guest Access:
Guests can access all Caribbean Resort water amenities on site along with the exercise center.

Guests do not have access to eateries/bars/gift stores/game room/laundry room.


Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are entirely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
