The well appointed gourmet kitchen has an induction cooktop, separate ovens, microwave, dishwasher and huge French door stainless steel refrigerator.
While standing at the kitchen sink, you will get the feeling of being on a cruise ship!
A front loading washer & dryer is located inside the unit in the hall. PLEASE REMOVE ALL SAND from clothing before using washer.
Our huge balcony has teak furnishings with deep cushions and is the ideal place to start your day off with coffee, or end it with a drink as you listen to the rolling surf.
The master bedroom (ocean front) has a king size bed with constructed in storage under, and the marsh side bedroom has a California king (both memory foam beds).
A movable single bed has memory foam bed and opens from a leather ottoman.
We have enormous intelligent TV’s located in living room as well as both bedrooms. WIFI is available and we have a google mini personal assistant for your enjoyment.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

Finding your best deal:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Choose your vacation week and max budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo on 17th floor, with Marshland Views. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is usually accessible online. Otherwise, email or call the property management company before reserving your home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you simply love, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or charges applied to your agreement.

Additional considerations:

  • Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home. Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
