Within a 10-15 min. drive are amenities such as: the airport, the 67 miles of pristine beach, many golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, University of Rock & Roll shop, tons of eateries and bars, and shopping areas including the Coastal Grandiose Mall, Market Commons, Tanger Outlets and more.

Parking Notes: Two cars max. is allowed per reservation. Two parking passes will be in the unit upon arrival. Parking passes must be displayed at all times while cars are parked on the property. Parking passes must be returned to the unit at check-out or a charge of $50 per parking pass will be charged. Parking is first-come, first-served. The HOA does not allow boats, trailers, campers, RVs, scooters, or golf carts to be parked on the property at any time by rental guests. Towing can occur.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
