Living Room: This is a ideal area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with two couches, sizable wall mounted flat screen TV, arcade game, bar area with seating, and a full chalk board accent wall, ideal for kids to draw or to keep score on family game nighttime!

Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a handsome kitchen area. The kitchen offers full-size stainless-steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and plentiful cabinet space. This space features handsome granite countertops, and a tile backsplash! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short ride from the home. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

Guests will also find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a golf simulation room, and a full-size gym! Guests will appreciate these added amenities located right inside the home!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bathmat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Linens, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay are supplied. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible!
