This ocean view condo sits on the 21st floor and is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. Everything in the apartment is brand new as of 2021, and the renovations are beautiful!
The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few units offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silverware and, glassware; everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is possibly the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and savor countless vistas of the Southern coastline. The living room features an accent chair for additional seating. The dining table and chairs sit in between the living room and the kitchen, and 2 bar stools have been added for additional seating at the counter. Guests will access the South-facing balcony from the living room.
The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo. This bedroom features 2 full beds, dresser for storage, entertainment stand with a intelligent TV, and a modest nightstand between the two beds. Both beds, box springs, headboards, decor, and window treatments are all brand new. Guests also have access to a private balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard with vistas of the sunset in this room.
The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and features a new vanity, mirror, and light. This bathroom offers a stand up shower rather than a tub.
The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen bed, closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom. The window treatments are brand new to match the decor and paint throughout the unit! The master bedroom features a new frame, box spring, bed, headboard, nightstands, and decor. The vistas from the master bedroom are second to none, and guests will be amazed by the handsome sunsets on the South-side of the building.
The master bathroom features tiled walls, new vanity, new mirror, new lighting, and a tub/shower.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid stay cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Strategies for getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. To find the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
How to choose and book the rightrental:
- Start by selecting your the best vacation week and a max budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. Immaculate 2 Bedroom Apartment with Stunning Views! Palace Resort 2113 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always available online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
- If your group is bringing pets, search for a pet-friendly rental. Get specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach beach you are enamored with, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
Considerations for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your phone.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- During arrival, make note of any issues with the property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
