This ocean view condo sits on the 21st floor and is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This apartment offers handsome updates and renovations as of January 2021. To start, the kitchen was completely refreshed with granite countertops, tile backsplash, and resurfaced cabinets. Everything in the apartment is brand new as of 2021, and the renovations are charming!
The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few units offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silverware and, glassware; everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is possibly the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and savor countless vistas of the Southern coastline. The living room features an accent chair for additional seating. The dining table and chairs sit in between the living room and the kitchen, and 2 bar stools have been added for additional seating at the counter. Guests will access the South-facing balcony from the living room.
The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo. This bedroom features 2 full beds, dresser for storage, entertainment stand with a intelligent TV, and a modest nightstand between the two beds. Both beds, box springs, headboards, decor, and window treatments are all brand new. Guests also have access to a private balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard with vistas of the sunset in this room.
The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and features a new vanity, mirror, and light. This bathroom offers a stand up shower rather than a tub.
The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen bed, closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom. The window treatments are brand new to match the decor and paint throughout the unit! The master bedroom features a new frame, box spring, bed, headboard, nightstands, and decor. The vistas from the master bedroom are second to none, and guests will be amazed by the impressive sunsets on the South-side of the building.
The master bathroom features tiled walls, new vanity, new mirror, new lighting, and a tub/shower.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Strategies to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Sticking to a spending budget:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- To get the best value, change your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which will include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Make a plan and choose the rightvacation home:
- Start by choosing your vacation dates and a maximum budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. Immaculate 2 Bedroom Apartment with Stunning Views! Palace Resort 2113 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is often available online. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before booking the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds.
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges may be applied to your contract.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach beach you crave, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
Some things to know before you go:
- Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of problems.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent resource to find the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
