This ocean view condo sits on the 21st floor and is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. Everything in the apartment is brand new as of 2021, and the renovations are handsome!
The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few units offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silverware and, glassware; everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is possibly the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and savor countless vistas of the Southern coastline. The living room features an accent chair for additional seating. The dining table and chairs sit in between the living room and the kitchen, and 2 bar stools have been added for additional seating at the counter. Guests will access the South-facing balcony from the living room.
The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right when you enter the condo. This bedroom features 2 full beds, dresser for storage, entertainment stand with a intelligent TV, and a modest nightstand between the two beds. Both beds, box springs, headboards, decor, and window treatments are all brand new. Guests also have access to a private balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard with vistas of the sunset in this room.
The guest bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and features a new vanity, mirror, and light. This bathroom offers a stand up shower rather than a tub.
The master bedroom is the second bedroom on the right and features a queen bed, closet for storage, access to the ocean view balcony, and a private bathroom. The window treatments are brand new to match the decor and paint throughout the unit! The master bedroom features a new frame, box spring, bed, headboard, nightstands, and decor. The vistas from the master bedroom are second to none, and guests will be amazed by the gorgeous sunsets on the South-side of the building.
The master bathroom features tiled walls, new vanity, new mirror, new lighting, and a tub/shower.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid stay cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our guests also have access to complimentary parking in the attached garage and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and its location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

Booking the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To get the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
- Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which often include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Finding the perfect vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by selecting trip dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your family requires. Immaculate 2 Bedroom Apartment with Stunning Views! Palace Resort 2113 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly accessible on booking websites. If not, call the property owner before booking the home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or charges applied to your contract.
- Are you visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
Have a fantastic stay:
- Add the host's contact information to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many problems.
- Keep your rental home locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
- Upon check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local scenic spots.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
