★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★

* Has COVID affected access to amenities? Not at this time. The beach, pools, and water amenities are open! Area eateries are open for indoor seating, outdoor seating, delivery, and take-out.
* Are there any hidden costs? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
* Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost? Bath towels and linens are supplied, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
* Is parking supplied? Yes, parking is complimentary for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
* Are there pool armbands? MAYBE - Pool armbands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
* Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
* Do you allow family pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
* Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
* What water amenities are included? Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access these areas. With the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a returnable deposit with a modest processing fee or buying a non-returnable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Tricks and tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines that include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Finding the perfect rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Begin by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Beachfront! Snowbirds Welcome! Indoor Pool! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available on booking pages. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before you book the home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If there's a particular Myrtle Beach destination you crave, keep an eye out for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your invoice.

Advice for a smooth stay:

  • Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Upon check-in, document any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to drive future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
