The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 5th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view 1 bedroom is entirely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Our guests appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor both the vistas of the ocean as well as the pools.
Upon entering, guests will enter through a modest hallway. The kitchen area is full size and features a full size stove and oven, upsized cabinet space, a microwave, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities.
Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom is split into 2 areas with the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub in one area, and another sink and vanity in the other. The vanity features a solid surface counter, mirror, and sink.
The bedroom sits off to the left of the kitchen and features 1 king sized bed, pretty décor, closet for storage, TV with digital cable, work desk with chair, AC unit, and commercial blackout curtains. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean vistas. The living room is the most trendy area of the apartment, and features a full size murphy bed (wall bed), sectional couch, AC unit, blackout curtains, HUGE Intelligent TV (with digital cable as well), and a dining table with stools. The entire condo has been handsomely decorated, and our guests enjoy the beachy accents! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The accents and décor in the condo are modern and beachy, and you will feel right at home!
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
****AS OF: April 20th, 2023, Spas 1-4 will be Closed Until Further Notice*****

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental home tips and tricks:
Finding your best deal:
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Reserve your Myrtle Beach rental property in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some owners offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
How to choose the best rental home:
- Select vacation week and maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration you need. Oceanview 1 Bedroom Suite Landmark Resort 548 Perfect for a couple or party of 4 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property manager before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
- Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Note that some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
More considerations for your visit:
- Add the host's information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- During arrival, make note of any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would've never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
