As of January 2024, this unit had some handsome updates and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters the entire unit was painted with warm and welcoming colors. In the kitchen new ceramic floors were installed, and in the living area new luxury vinyl floors were installed.
The kitchen is completely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare! This unit also has a Keurig Coffee Maker! Guest must bring their own "K" cups. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really adore the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Wi-Fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures

Our top Rental home tips:
Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:
- To book the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guides have money saving offers on local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

More tips for your visit:
- Add the owner's contact info to your smartphone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- To make certain damages are not linked to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon your arrival. Call the rental manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your home life. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
