If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 9th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and outdoor pools!
As of Spring 2022, this unit has been gorgeously refreshed and features pretty, tasteful decorations and accents. The homeowner has really made this condo feel like a home away from home. New floor, fresh paint, new wall art, new linens, new accent chair, bathroom updates, and various accents have been installed! "A Wave From It All" feels so clean and comfortable, and is ideal for 2-4 guests.
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be included to keep food and beverages nice and cold! The homeowners installed new dishes and other kitchen silverware in 2022 as well.
The studio features 2 full size beds, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. While our guests will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundromat, and amenities, it's important to note that our guests do not have access to the food and drink outlets or the water features across the street.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool luxury options!

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Find your perfect rental:
- Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides have discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
How to choose and book the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- First, have your group commit to dates and a budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Landmark Resort 907 - Beautiful Updates and Tastefully Decorated! Sleeps 4! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available online. Otherwise, call the property management company before booking the property. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what is best for your vacation.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you simply love, search for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or costs applied to your contract.
Have a great stay:
- Add the host's information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- To make sure that damages aren't attributed to your family's stay, record any problem areas upon your arrival. message the host immediately to document any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
