If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 9th floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and outdoor pools!
As of Spring 2022, this unit has been generously refreshed and features impressive, tasteful decorations and accents. The homeowner has really made this condo feel like a home away from home. New floor, fresh paint, new wall art, new linens, new accent chair, bathroom updates, and various accents have been installed! "A Wave From It All" feels so clean and comfortable, and is ideal for 2-4 guests.
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini refrigerator) will be included to keep food and beverages nice and cold! The homeowners installed new dishes and other kitchen silverware in 2022 as well.
The studio features 2 full size beds, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. While our guests will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundromat, and amenities, it's important to note that our guests do not have access to the food and drink outlets or the water features across the street.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most adored attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi), and only 2 miles from the Airport! Booking the best rental home experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- To find the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Booking websites often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain offers and deals for local shops and restaurants.
Choosing the perfect vacation home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Choose vacation dates and max budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Landmark Resort 907 - Beautiful Updates and Tastefully Decorated! Sleeps 4! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before you book your rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is optimal for your vacation family.
- Is your group looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Some rental properties allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
Considerations for your stay:
- Take a copy of the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your .
- To ensure that no damages are linked to your family's visit, note any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the host immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of difficulties.
- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
