While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Strategies to get the best vacation rental experience:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Selecting and booking your prefect Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Start by having your group agree to the best dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Landmark Resort Double Suite Unit 920 - Sleeps 4! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before you reserve the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
- Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental home.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Tips to have a fantastic stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- To make sure that no damages are linked to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon your arrival. Get in touch with the property manager right away to record any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
