If you're looking for a freshly refreshed vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 7th floor, interior condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is completely furnished with 1 king bed, 1 full-sized sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! This apartment was completely updated in Spring 2021. Those upgrades include new floor, new baseboards, fresh paint throughout, full-size refrigerator, new king bed, new bed, new boxsprings, brand new full-size sleeper couch, new distressed headboard, lamps, and new beachy decor! While this unit does not offer a view of the ocean, the living space sure does make up for it! Guests will have access to a private balcony with vistas of the resort and terrace.
In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a modest kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Our guests appreciate the addition of the full-size refrigerator. Many other units only have a modest drink chiller, and the full-size refrigerator is a great feature.
The studio features 1 king-size bed, closet, and dresser for storage, a TV with digital cable, and an AC unit. There is also an accent chair, sleeper couch, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. Just behind the kitchen, you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and upsized counter space, hairdryer, and toilet.
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, an arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
AS OF: November 25, 2022 the Outdoor Lazy River and Kiddie pool will be closed for the season. The only outdoor amenities that will remain open will be Spa 6 and the Outdoor Pool.
****As of March 6th 2023 - Kiddie Pool and Spa Closed Until Further Notice*****

Tricks and tips to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Getting the most from your budget:
- The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
- To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines have discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.
