NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.

  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
