Additional 2 bedrooms and full bath. location is central, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions.
House sleeps up to 10 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only entirely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full baths, open living space with plenty of cooking space and fresh dining area, kitchen is refreshed and equipped with brand new appliances, gas stove and granite countertops.
1 bedroom downstairs for your convenience and 3 bedrooms upstairs including master bedroom and bath. washer and dryer available. Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
*Guests will have access to the entire space.
*1 parking spot available in the garage. 2nd car can be parked on any available parking slabs next to the home or any other home. It’s first come first parking. NO STREET PARKING! NO PARKING ON THE GRASS!! cause cars will be towed immediately.

Sensational peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location feature walking trails, striking landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
